Once the program fee is paid, we provide you with a
complete divorce kit.  The personalized Texas divorce
forms include:

1.        Original Petition for Divorce;
2.        Waiver of Service (your spouse must sign in
front of a notary);
3.        Final Divorce Decree; and
4.        "Prove-up" testimony for use during the divorce
hearing in front of the judge.

Plus, you may want to add the following divorce
documents to your program:

5.        Special Warranty Deed to transfer real estate to
one spouse;
6.        Deed of Trust to Secure Assumption for the
spouse who will not be paying any mortgages; and
7.        Power of Attorney to transfer title of an
automobile.

Delivery

Once ALL of the required information is delivered to
Houston Divorce Lawyer Gregory T. Josefsberg, your
divorce documents will be delivered to you in
accordance with your instructions.

1.        We can e-mail the divorce documents to you in
Microsoft Word format;
2.        We can send the divorce documents to the
address of your choice using USPS First Class Postage;
3.        We can send the divorce documents to the
address of your choice using USPS Priority Mail (1-3
business days);
4.        We can send the divorce documents to the
address of your choice using USPS Express Mail (1
business day); or
5.        You may pick-up your divorce documents
during normal business hours** at the Law Offices of
Gregory T. Josefsberg in the Galleria area of Houston.

* This program only guarantees that the divorce documents will reflect the information that you provide, that the documents will be completed within 3
business days, and the documents may be filed in any county in Texas.  For purposes of this guarantee, a "business day" is defined as Monday - Friday
excluding federal and Texas state holidays.  Any information received:  a) after 4:00 p.m. (1600 hrs) on a Monday-Friday, b) on a federal or State of Texas
holiday, or c) on a Saturday or Sunday will be considered received on the next business day.  The "business day" does not include shipping time.  Should
